LATE WINTER PROGRAMS!
Pee Wee T-Ball
This is an introductory program for boys and girls ages 6-8 that teaches the basic rules and fundamentals of the game. Wednesday afternoons from 3:30-4:15 beginning March 3rd.
Senior Girls Fitness
For girls ages 13 and up. Come for a total body workout upstairs in our fitness room. Learn proper form and technique for exercises with a variety of equipment to get the safest, most effective workout.
Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30.
Junior Boxing
Learn the fundamentals of the sport including rope skipping, footwork, guarding, shadow boxing, and speed bag punching. Friday afternoons from 3:30-4:30.
Senior Boxing
A more intense workout and training for members ages 13 and up. Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30
Junior Olympic Archery Development
Our certified National Archery Association Instructor teaches the fundamentals of safety, skill, and technique for shooting. Drop in classes are offered Wednesday afternoons from 3:30-5:00, and Friday nights from 6:30-8:00.
Arts and Crafts
Murals, Mosaics, and More! Drop in anytime the Art Room is open! Mondays and Fridays from 3:30-5:00, Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00, and Saturdays from 12:00-2:00.
Pee Wee Iron Club
This is our junior weight and cardiovascular training program for members ages 13 and under. This class emphasizes safety first, and low weight and high repition training. The goal of this program is to educate and promote lifelong health and wellness, and to increase motor skills and develop personal fitness. Thursday afternoon
Junior Dodgeball
For boys and girls ages 12 and under. This fast paced, super fun game is offered Friday nights from 6:30-7:30 beginning Friday, February 12th
Junior Wiffleball
Part 2 of junior night- Wiffleball for boys and girls ages 12 and under from 7:30-8:30. Begins Friday, February 12th.
Senior Dodgeball
High speed fun! Thursday nights at 6:30 beginning February 11th.
