    Membership is open to children ages 6 to 15 who reside in Otsego, Delaware, and Chenango counties.  A senior membership is available through age 21 to members in good standing.  Membership applications can be submitted in person in our main office, or downloaded from this web site and faxed to 432-2146. There is no membership fee. We do ask for a tax deductible donation, and our suggested amount is $50.00 per year. If you opt to fax in your registration, please remember to make a donation by clicking the link to the right, or deliver your donation to the office the next time you are in.
